Dartington Duathlon

The Dartington Duathlon is a multi-sport race that takes place at the majestic Dartington Hall Estate near Totnes in Devon. The race is limited to a maximum of 250 participants.

The standard distance race begins with a 10 km road run. This is two laps of our new 5k sprint distance course. The bike leg is 40 km and is two laps of our 20km sprint distance bike course. The standard distance race finishes with a 5 km lap of Run 1.

Transition is a secure area with a tarmac surface, adjacent to the race HQ with toilets & changing facilities. Hot & Cold drinks are available from the Race HQ until 10:00 am. From 10 am onwards the Roundhouse Cafe, opposite transition, is open and serving refreshments.

Both races are run in accordance with the British Triathlon Federation rules.

Individual athletes compete under their respective age and gender category. Relay Teams compete against each other as an open category (mixed age & gender). Trophies, Medals and cash prizes are awarded for winners within each of the categories.

Age Restrictions

This race takes place on open public roads, the minimum age for participation is 15 years (Participants must be 15 years or older as of 31st December 2016). Anyone under the age of 18 years must gain parental consent prior to registering online.
