Everyone has the right to enjoy participating in an event and participant safety and well being should be paramount. As Event Organisers we take every reasonable step to ensure our activities and the event environment is as safe as possible for all. All participants, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion or ability, have equal rights to safety and protection. All suspicions, concerns and allegations of harm will be taken seriously and responded to swiftly and appropriately.

Our permitted triathlon events acknowledge the duty of care to safeguard and promote the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. Our permitted triathlon event is also committed to ensuring safeguarding practice reflects statutory responsibilities, government guidance and complies with best practice and British Triathlon requirements. We apply the same principles to events we organise under Trail Running Association, England Athletics or British Cycling Rules.
