Overview

Unfortunately we’ve decided to cancel the 2023 English Riviera Aquathlon. Conditions are tough for event organisers & the closed road circuit in Torquay has a lot of upfront costs to stage it. We hope to return on a slightly earlier June date in 2024.

The English Riviera Aquathlon (sometimes spelt aquathon) is a swim run in Torbay. It starts with a great sea swim in the warm, and usually calm waters of Torquay Beach. Then after a quick jog to transition, put your running shoes on for a flat seaside run. And it’s all part of the English Riviera Triathlon weekend.

Awards & Medals

There is a custom medal for all finishers.

In addition we have podium medals for the Top 3 overall in each of the following categories.

Sprint & Standard Awards: Top 3 overall, Top 3 Vet 40 male & female, Top 3 Vet 50 male & female, Top Vet 60 male & female.
Go Tri: Top 3 men & Top 3 women.

Please note we operate a one prize per person policy. So if a vet is the overall winner they will get that medal & prize & the other Vet 40s will move up one place.
