Sportiva Events withdrawals & refunds
We understand that your event entry fee is important to you and do not want you to lose your money. We have therefore created a withdrawals policy designed to be flexible but without it affecting the event setup process.

From the moment we start organising an event, we incur costs and your entry fee is invested in the costs of staging the event. Those costs include: safety barriers & portable toilets, land owners fees, risk assessments, public liability insurance, safety plans, barriers, toilets, printing, safety pins, event numbers, marketing and of course the VAT bill. Organising any event requires a considerable amount of forward planning, risk and expense.

Withdrawal Policy
If you notify us via email within 14 days of the original order, a full refund (less the booking fee) will be provided, provided the booking was made at least six weeks before the date of the event. 14 days after the original order all registration fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
All requests for refunds must be made in writing by emailing enquiries@sportivaevents.co.uk

You can also transfer between events up until two weeks before the event date. There is an £8 administrative fee charged for all transfers. In addition you will need to pay any difference in price between the two events.
We do allow name changes up until 7 days before event day. Entrants are responsible for finding their own replacements. The organiser will not get involved in this process.
