TRAIL RUNNING & ROAD RUNNING EVENTS

RUNNING EVENTS

Range of distances to suit all abilities

One of the first races we organised back in 2013 was a night trail running race. And we still think there’s nothing better than the camaraderie of a mass start running race. Probably our best known running event is the Burrator 10K at beautiful Burrator Reservoir. But we also organise Haldon Night Trail Event on the woodland trails just south of Exeter and the Devon Trail Races on Woodbury Common.  The Burrator 10K is an England Athletics affiliated event

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE & WHAT ABOUT KIT?

Running is a brilliantly simple sport. All you need is a pair of shoes, some shorts or leggings & a t-shirt. For that reason running races attract a wide range of abilities. For example, the winner of the Burrator 10K usually finishes in well under 35 minutes, while the slowest runners take a more leisurely 1 1/2 hours. Of course for our night races you’ll also need a headtorch. See our Night Running Tips
